LTE910PS v3.00 TAUVN Verizon POTSwap Standard Kit
SHIPPING FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER!
LTE910PS POTSwap STANDARD KITS offer customers a POTSwap unit and standard accessories that are suitable for use within most office environments.
The kits contain all items necessary to operate a POTSwap under normal operational situations.
The LTE910PS POTSwap allows landline telephones and modems to replace their POTS (plain old telephone service) connection with a wireless cellular connection. The POTSwap converts fixed location landlines to cellular enabled fixed or mobile implementations. Both dial-in and dial-out data and voice applications are supported.
An FXS connection (RJ11 jack) provides complete Central Office emulation including dial tone, ringing and busy signal generation as well as DTMF detection and generation. The POTSwap emulates all the functions of a wired telephone connection, is fully compatible with all common modem standards and can be configured to emulate international telephone line standards. Configuration of the POTSwap can be achieved via a local serial interface connection.
Installing a POTSwap is the easiest way to switch legacy equipment from traditional phone landlines to a 4G LTE network. The existing phone line is connected directly to POTSwap. Simply unplug the telephone jack from its wall outlet and plug it into the POTSwap’s RJ11 socket. Insert the appropriate SIM card into the back panel of the unit.

LTE910PS v3.00 Modem - Verizon
AC/DC Wall Adapter 12V 24W
Two LTE Antennas with SMA Connector (swivel)

Quick Start Guide Documentation
Please Note: The current version of the Janus LTE POTSwap, LTE910PS v3.00 TAUVN, cannot be used to dial 911. It will require a firmware update sometime in Q4 or Q1 2021, which will happen after release of our cellular module provider’s newest certified firmware version. The new firmware will add 911 calling capability.
• Customers can expect that a FOTA (Firmware-Over-The-Air) update will be performed on LTE910PS V3.00 TAUVN devices during the overnight hours sometime after we have received our supplier’s new firmware version, in Q4 2020 or Q1 2021.
• The update and reboot should take no more than 15 minutes and require 20 Mb of data. After reboot the unit should be 911 capable.
• This update is mandatory per Verizon. Customers that require 911 calling capability should wait for release of the next version of the POTSwap, LTE910PS V3.00 TBUVN. That version will be 911 capable and should be available late in Q4 2020.
